   - Moved CHANGES file to the root directory
   - Default search path fixed.  Change from:
     /usr/share/usb/firmware:/usr/share/local/usb/firmware
       to:
     /usr/share/usb/firmware:/usr/local/share/usb/firmware
   - Now compatible with FreeBSD 4.6.0+ without patch 
   - ezdownload now supports hex files who have single lines containing
     more than 16 bytes of data.
   - Added README
   - Added firmware for KeySpan USA-19Qi.  Firmware for other KeySpan
     devices is available, but not included since I cannot test it!
